10 Day Santiago to Buenos Aires

Itinerary

DAY 1 Santiago	Assistance at your arrival to Santiago Airport and transfer to your hotel. There you will receive a briefing on your tour and vouchers covering all the services included. Overnight at selected hotel in Santiago.
DAY 2 Valparaiso/ Vi�a del Mar	Full-Day tour to Valpara�so and Vi�a del Mar. Early departure to the Pacific Coast, crossing the fertile Valleys of Curacavi and Casablanca. We will make a stop to overlook the entire city of Valparaiso from a high vantage point from one of the 43 mountains surrounding the bay. The historical center of this port city was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It's architecture gives it a great personality and brings forward it tourist attractions. We visit the historic, commercial and governmental sites of the city. Then we continue on to the nearby city of Vi�a del Mar, famous for its gardens. The Flower Clock is its symbol. We will also visit the "Casino de Juegos", Peru and San Martin Avenues, residential areas with modern architecture, and Re�aca Beach. Return To Hotel and rest of day at leisure in Santiago Overnight at selected hotel in Santiago.	B
DAY 3 Santiago / Puerto Varas	Half-Day City tour of Santiago. This tour includes a visit through the historic, commercial and residential areas of the city. We will visit the Government Palace "La Moneda", the historic center and its Main Plaza, the Cathedral, the Main Post Office, the Municipality, and more. We will then pass through the principal avenue of the city to see "La Alameda", the Forestal Park, the San Cristobal mount, and the bohemian neighborhood of Bellavista. Later on, we will continue to the residential and modern commercial areas, located where the Andean mountain chain begins. New neighborhoods like Santa Maria de Manquehue, Las Condes and Vitacura blend in with the areas of advanced architecture like Barrio el Golf. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for flight to Puerto Varas / Puerto Montt. Upon arrival to Puerto Varas / Puerto Montt, transfer to selected hotel. Overnight at selected hotel in Puerto Varas.	B
DAY 4 Puerto Varas	Today we will take an excursion surrounding Lake Llanquihue that ends at Frutillar. We will see the Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes, and there will be free time to take a walk and see the German-style architecture of the buildings constructed in the XIX century. We also visit the colonization museum. Return to Puerto Varas. Overnight at selected hotel in Puerto Varas.	B / L
DAY 5 Lake District / Peulla	Transfer from hotel to Pretrohue, where we will start our "Lake Crossing" tour by cruising along the shores of Lake Llanquihue. We will see breathtaking views of Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes. We will then enter the Vicente Perez Rosales National Park, where we will visit Saltos del Petrohue, curious forms of volcanic rock, covered by emerald green waterfalls. We continue towards Peulla, navigating Todos los Santos lake. There will be incredible views of the volcanoes Cerro Puntiagudo and Cerro Tronador. We arrive at Peulla, an ecological villa, and a paradise for nature lovers. Overnight at selected hotel in Peulla.	B
DAY 6 Bariloche, Argentina	Early in the morning we board a bus to arrive at Puerto Frias. Here we go through Chilean Immigration to exit Chile and enter Argentina by crossing the Andean mountains. We sail to Puerto Alegre, where we will take a bus and arrive at Puerto Blest. At Puerto Blest, we take our last sailing portion through lake Nahuel Huapi, headed towards Puerto Pa�uelo. Upon arrival at Puerto Pa�uelo, we will take our last bus to arrive at Bariloche, the "Argentinean City of Tourism", as it is called. Bariloche is a beautiful city in every season with world-class ski centers, hotels, stores, restaurants and fascinating night life. Overnight at selected hotel in Bariloche.	B
DAY 7 Bariloche, Argentina	Half-Day tour of Bariloche and the surrounding area, called "Circuito Chico", or the Small Circuit. The tours cruises along the beautiful Nahuel Huapi lake, Playa Bonita, Huemul Island and Cerro Campanario. We reach the Llao Llao Peninsula where we will see the Grand Hotel Llao Llao and the San Eduardo chapel, architectural jewels of the region. Continuing our tour, we cross the Moreno and Nahuel Huapi lakes and the Lopez bay. We then reach a panoramic sightseeing point with a fantastic view of the lakes. Finally we cross Moreno lake and cruise along the shores of El Trebol Lagoon, and return to the hotel. Rest of afternoon at leisure. Overnight at selected hotel in Bariloche.	B
DAY 8 Buenos Aires, Argentina	Transfer to Bariloche Airport for flight to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Upon arrival, transfer to selected hotel. Rest of day at leisure in Buenos Aires. Overnight at selected hotel in Buenos Aires.	B
DAY 9 Buenos Aires, Argentina	Half-Day city tour of Buenos Aires. Our journey will take approximately three hours, as we visit the Northern neighborhood, Palermo and the beauty of its parks and building, the Aeroparque Metropolitano. We also visit Rio de la Plata or "Silver River", Colon theater, one of the most important theaters in the world, the National Congress, the Casa Rosada (Pink House), which serves as the government palace, the Old San Telmo, home of the capital's aristocracy until the end of the XIX century, the colorful immigrant neighborhood of La Boca, and the trendy port area. Rest of day at leisure in Buenos Aires. Overnight at selected hotel in Buenos Aires.	B
DAY 10 Buenos Aires, Argentina	Transfer to Buenos Aires Airport for return flight. This tour ends in Buenos Aires, and does not return to Santiago, Chile.	B
